Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BevPhotoAI and form a legally binding agreement between you and Studio44 LLC.

By accessing or using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree to use BevPhotoAI only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content you do not own or have permission to use, attempt to reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform security, or use the service to generate unlawful or infringing materials.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Studio44 LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve BevPhotoAI. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

Starter and Pro subscriptions allow generated images only for your own company, owned brands, and direct business use. These tiers do not permit you to resell generated images or provide them as a paid deliverable to third-party clients.

Agency subscriptions allow you to create and deliver generated images to client accounts as part of your paid services, provided you remain responsible for compliance with these Terms and any rights required for uploaded inputs. Top-ups add credits only and do not expand the usage rights included with your subscription tier.

Subscription credits are granted monthly on both monthly and annual plans. Annual plans are billed upfront, but credits still refresh monthly instead of being front-loaded for the whole year.

Subscription credits may roll over for one additional cycle, capped at one month of the applicable plan allotment. Remaining subscription credits expire when the paid subscription term actually ends. Top-up credits last 12 months from purchase, survive cancellation or downgrade, and are consumed after subscription credits.

BevPhotoAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio44 LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Studio44 LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Studio44 LLC may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
