Documentation
Reference guide for the current BevPhotoAI product. This page explains what each main view is for, what its buttons do, and how the photoshoots-first workflow fits together.
Core workflow
- Start in Photoshoots for the default batch flow, or open Advanced Editor when you need manual single-shot control.
- Use New Product Capture when you need a product. Each product requires 5 required product angles before it can be saved.
- Choose one aspect ratio for the full Photoshoots run, then optionally narrow the scene wall with a style pack, or choose a scene manually in Advanced Editor.
- Drag the inline label overlay or paint a mask depending on the source mode, or build a multi-output photoshoot from the Photoshoots workflow.
- Queue a render or generate a full photoshoot batch, then branch from a previous version if needed and download the result.
Quick answers
- Public scenes are reusable. Labels and captured products are private to your account.
- Products now use 5 required product angles: front, front-left 45, front-right 45, back, and top/cap.
- Version tiles on the right preview outputs. The edit control sets a branch source and the X clears it.
- Marketing packs use a locked credits-backed Photoshoots assignment instead of a separate checkout. Credit top-ups still live under Credits & Billing.
- Account profile edits and sign-out live under Account Settings.

App Workspace
Photoshoots
/app/shot-listsDefault grouped workflow for building a photoshoot from one captured product and one chosen aspect ratio.
Available actions
- Step icons
- The top of the setup rail keeps the Guided Setup header on its own row, then uses a full-width strip of numbered icon buttons as tabs between Product, Template, and Style pack so only one step panel shows at a time.
- Saved product
- Starts from an existing captured product or the New Product Capture path before you build the photoshoot, keeps the rail dropdown-only while an existing product is selected, and no longer auto-jumps a fresh run forward to Style pack as soon as a product is chosen.
- Product references
- Returns when you switch the product dropdown back to New Product Capture so you can manage the five guided reference angles inline.
- Aspect ratio
- Sets the one shared output ratio for the current Photoshoots run with a two-column visual chooser that previews each frame shape.
- Render mode
- Switches between the lower-cost fast run and the higher-fidelity best-quality run.
- Style pack
- Horizontal pack cards in the final setup step set the top-level visual lane before you search inside it on the right.
- Next
- Lives in the sticky setup-rail footer and moves the open card to the next unlocked step.
- Selection toolbar
- Keeps the selected count, active style-pack context, and View history above the scene wall.
- Scene filter
- The top scene-wall dropdown mixes All scenes, Selected scenes, My scenes, Favorites, then the available style packs, and stays synced with sidebar pack picks.
- Show selected
- Acts like an on/off selected-scenes toggle: turn it on to isolate the current picks, and turn it back off to restore the last non-selected filter.
- Lazy scene loading
- The filtered scene wall keeps loading more shots automatically as you scroll instead of showing separate expansion buttons.
- Generate all
- Queues the selected shots with the current aspect ratio once at least one shot is selected, and the final setup-rail footer mirrors this same action.

FAQ
What is the difference between a Scene, a source asset, and a Render?
A Scene is the reusable background setup. A source asset is your private label or a completed captured product. A Render is the generated output that combines them.
What happens when I click a version tile versus the pencil icon?
Clicking a version tile previews that version. Clicking the pencil icon marks that version as the edit source for the next render branch.
What does a label like v01A mean?
Base versions are numbered in order as v01, v02, and so on. Branch edits from a version add a suffix, such as v01A.
When are credits charged?
Credits are reserved when a job is queued, finalized on success, and refunded on failure.
Where do my uploads live?
Labels, masks, and product capture references are private to your account. Public scenes are shared content and appear in the public scene library.
Can I keep queueing renders while another one is still running?
Yes. Pending versions remain in the Versions rail with their progress state while you continue working in the create workspace.
Ready to try it on your bottle?
Start from the same email-first flow you see across the public site.
